Since 1863 MARTINI has been producing vermouth in the Piemonte region. RISERVA SPECIALE is a celebration of Italy; it expresses the quality and authenticity of a true Vermouth di Torino. Piemonte region is at the very core for RUBINO & AMBRATO, from the locally sourced botanicals including three types of native Artemisia, and the finest Italian wines, including small parcels of Langhe DOC Nebbiolo and Moscato d’Asti DOCG wines from Piemonte.’
Parcels of Moscato d’Asti’DOCG’ wines were selected for MARTINI RISERVA AMBRATO for its highly aromatic characteristics,and LANGHE DOC NEBBIOLO for the rich and complex MARTINI RISERVA SPECIALE RUBINO

Ivano Tonutti, Master Herbalist for MARTINI chose local and exotic botanicals that are carefully selected to ensure only the finest quality, and for the first time three different types of Artemisia, Absinthium, Pontica and Vulgaris, are blended with extracts of Roman Chamomile, yellow Cinchona bark and Chinese Rhubarb for AMBRATO, and Italian Holy Thistle and Red Sandalwood for RUBINO.
Piemontese ‘Tino’ oak barrel are used at MARTINI to rest the extracts for over two months and this technique is a legacy of the brand founder Luigi Rossi, first Master Blender for MARTINI & ROSSI.
