– 1 oz Ceretto Barolo Chinato
– 1/4 oz Bergamotto Quaglia
– 1/2 oz ruby grapefruit juice
– 1 tsp ginseng sugar
– 1 dash black walnut bitters
Method: shake and double strain
Glass: short tumbler. Garnish: grapefruit
